At Orluna, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If the perfume has no lasting scent or stability issue.
  • If the product arrives broken or damaged.

Conditions

  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be approved after reviewing the case.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect use or storage of the product.
  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality.
